My thoughts...

Love that this reminds me of just how much history is in the pages of the bible. Stories take on new meanings when you understand the historical references behind them. There are many articles relating to things such as: customs, plants, culture, laws, etc. Beautiful color, informative sidebars, good for studying the historical aspects and my favorite translation.

I received a copy of this book free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
